The job:
 

• Perform data analysis and provide insights to enhance Operations efficiency
• Provide administrative support to store and act as the bridge between stores and head office
• Co-ordinate the development and implementation of operations procedures to achieve organizational goals
• Involve and assist in store projects, store renovations, new store openings and other aspects related to operations workflow and store performance
• Liaise and coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Responsible for internal systems update e.g. POS update on menu items and pricing
• Ensure store compliance towards operational system

What you will need:
 

• Degree in Business Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Food and Beverage industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good analytical mind, well-organized and able to work independently
