The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is responsible for the provision of desirable services for students of the University and enhancing their learning experience. The appointee will join a dynamic team dedicated to fostering whole-person development and a vibrant campus life of students.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the areas of students’ financial benefits and services to students with special educational needs
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing and data entry
- Manage the OSA counter and handle student enquiries
- Provide logistical support to student activities, campus-wide events and different meetings
- Work outside normal office hours (including weekends) when required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree of any disciplines, preferably with relevant work experience in the tertiary education sector
- Good written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Familiar with the use of general IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
