Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and report the overall project status to responsible Project Engineer/Project Manager to ensure subcontractors and their workers to achieve the committed objectives.
- Coordinate the work programme with client, subcontractors and other affected stakeholder to ensure projects can be delivered on time.
- Execute and ensure operating activities are in line with the project requirements including relevant specified performance pledges, safety, quality and services standards.
- Record and report the work processes in a timely and effective manner.
- Certificate or above in Civil, Building, or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Valid Construction Workers Registration Holder
- Valid Green Card Holder
- Valid Driver Licence Class 1 is required
- Good communication skill in oral and written English and Chinese
