Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and supporting our mission by managing our finances with precision and foresight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain timely financial reporting and compliance mechanisms.
• Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate tax planning and compliance.
• Handle finance operations including invoicing, MPF submissions, and tax returns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-house accounting experience, preferably within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Familiar with QuickBooks or Xero
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a startup setting.
