Job Description:
- Leads and supports all Guest Experience initiatives at the property.
- Reviews VOG performance and guest feedback daily, identifies trends and areas for improvement on a regular basis and shares with relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with all key departments to gather the correct information relating to each VIP and high profile LCAH guest.
- Ensure all guest procedures, including LCAH/VIP are being met or exceeded on a daily basis for all LCAH/VIP guests
- Supervise Front Desk Supervisor & Officers, assisting them with issues that may arise and ensuring that all tasks are completed up to standards
- Carry out other duties directed by Director of Front Office
Requirement:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in hotel front office at least 1 year at managerial position
- Analytical skills a must combined with creativity and initiative
- Good command of both spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
