We invite now high caliber talent to apply for Analytics Manager to join our rapidly growing sourcing team in Hong Kong. This position supports sourcing and commercialization with a fast-paced successful team.

Responsibilities
 

• Setting up data collection processes, to track progress against (Critical Path, Work in Progress tracking, supplier scorecard, sustainability measurements)
• Collating and combining multiple data sets, into a consolidated primary structure (range plan), that can be used for reporting Analytics
• Carry out detailed data analysis across various data streams to inform the project / KPI objectives
• Developing new analysis products to support project objectives and priorities, such as forecasts and planning utilizing advanced analytics (Al and ML)
• Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests for information, such as data lists, analysis of key topics, dashboard creation, and investigating issues with data quality
• Analyzing and presenting data in an easy-to-understand way, that can be shared with stakeholders
• Explaining data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, to help them understand the progress being made against the targets/KPls
• Collaborate with sustainability team on the development and implementation of Global Sustainability targets and KPI's

Your Profile

• Degree holder in data science or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience of which 3 years at supervisory level preferably gained preferably gained in garment / textile industry
• Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, PowerBI. Tableau, and Python
• An excellent communicator, able to translate complex data, scenarios and logic, into easy-to-understand decision making
• Experience in consolidating data from different sources, to create reports, dashboards and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and desire to succeed through collaborative and independent work.
• Comfortable working at pace, and able to prioritize workload in accordance with business urgency
• Strong IT skills (MS Office) and ability to work with different systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
• Good command of both verbal and written business English is essential
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and willing to learn
• Attention to detail and good organizing, coordination and planning skills
