Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer service team in delivering quality service
Identify VIP or potential customers for the “Key Account Service Programme.” - Establish sustainable training initiatives (e.g., complaint handling, customer care, etc.)
- Maintain a high customer retention rate
- Increase customer referral rate and foster relationships with other departments
General Requirements:
- Meet management targets, such as Revenue Growth Target through customer retention
- Establish departmental performance KPIs with rewards.
Manage ISO compliance requirements - Implement technology applications for data analysis and service quality enhancement
- Develop career advancement opportunities in talent pipelines
- Promote corporate culture in line with company direction
- Strategize customer and logistics service to enhance customer satisfaction and sales opportunities in the customer journey
