Responsibilities
 

• To assist in daily operations of managing a Public Rental House Estate
• Provide customer services to tenant such as answering inquiries; handle complaint cases and investigation; monitor maintenance work schedules, etc. 
• Perform routine property management duties and ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
• Handle all tenancy issues which required by Housing Department
• Responsible for the returns to Housing Department including regular reports submission 

 Requirements

Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Property Management or related disciplines; OR

Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE, which should include Chinese and English Language, or equivalent; OR

Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in HKALE and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in HKCEE, which should include Chinese and English Language or equivalent

• Holder of Certificate in Public Housing Agency Management 

Solid experience in managing the public housing estates and work independently 

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

• Service-oriented, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available candidates will be an advantage.
