Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of e-Commerce and online communications
• Support the execution of various online marketing initiatives and end-to-end logistics including, paid media and eDM etc
• Assist in implementation of social media advertising / online sales campaign / content creation and marketing promotions
• Work closely with internal parties to complete operation deliverables
• Handle customer service enquiries & reporting
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, e-Commerce, or business studies related disciplines
• Minimum 2-year hands-on experience in e-Commerce or Marketing
• Strong sales and marketing sense with a passion for e-Commerce and Digital Marketing would be a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated, able to multi-task & work under pressure
• Fashion industry, retailing or agency background is preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese & good communication skill
