Job Responsibility

• Handle front desk duties including check in/out, registration, cashier, reservations
• Provide quality service and maintain good relationship with in-house guests
• Handle enquiries and complaints
• Communicate with various departments to follow up with daily operations

Requirement
 

• DSE, Diploma or above
• Passion in working at the Serviced Apartment/Hotel
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, outgoing personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese /English/ Mandarin (both written and verbally)
• Able to work on shift
• Relevant work experience is a plus
