Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR solutions and support on talent acquisition, talent grooming, compensation and benefits and performance management
- Support the team in planning and developing, implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support internship and trainee programmes
- Liaise with Universities and Institutions and support Career Fairs and acquisition activities
- Prepare HR reports for management review
Requirements:
- Degree in HR management, Business Administration or related discipline
- 4-5 years practical work experience and knowledge in HR functions
- Energetic, innovative and pro-active in driving new initiatives
- Willing to change for better results
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior position
