We are cinema & entertainement company and now seeking for a HR talent to join our team:

Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform full-spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment , Monthly Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management , Employee Relations and other related HR matters for the Company (office and frontline staff);
• Work with Senior Manager and General Manager in Manpower Planning, HR strategies and Budgeting to support business development;
• Reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures to meet Group HR requirements and in compliance with local legislation;
• Manage and maintain HRIS to ensure its accuracy;
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review;
• Responsible for expat work visa application , internal HR audit and its activities;
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines; 
• At least 4 years all round HR experience in a sizable company, preferably gained in retail/F&B industry;
• Familiar with HKSAR Labour Ordinance and other HR related legislations;
• Experience in using BIPO is an added advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Self-motivated, strong positive attitude with problem solving skills, and can work attitude under a fast-paced working environment;
• Strong sense of responsibility , initiative and able to work independently;
• Immediately available is preferred.
