Job Description:

• Responsible for day-to-day customer order fulfillment processes and logistics arrangements in a timely manner
• Monitor order status and work closely with internal parties to resolve shipment issues
• Maintain and update accurate shipping data into inhouse system
• Provide support on ad hoc projects, and other administrative duties as assigned

Working Hours:

• 9:00 – 20:00 (9 hours shift include 1 hour lunch time)
• 5 days per week (including Sat, Sun & Public Holiday)

Requirements:

• HKCEE or above
• 1 year of customer service experience in e-Commerce / logistics industry will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese,  knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Good communication skill and a good team player
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
