Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage CRM/ Digital Platform in web/ mobile app
  • Plan and execute CRM and Digital Engagement strategies, including goals and KPIs setting with budget planning, to drive performance excellence and enhance customer journey and engagement 
  • Implement the loyalty program, CRM related campaigns, engagement activities and promotional projects 
  • Analyse data and provide insights for improvement and / or future strategies
  • Lead CRM daily operations and loyalty program in collaboration with internal and external parties
  • Develop marketing collaterals such as in-app design, instore POSM, eDM, on social media, and different touchpoints
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Company

Candidates with more experience will be considered as CRM Manager.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM/Digital/e-Commerce in FMCG and Retail industry, preferably from MNC
  • Strong  experiences and knowledge in building CRM system, web platform, mobile app
  • Strong knowledge with solid experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Experienced in building customer journey, engagement, and experiences
  • Excellent analytical skills, attentive to details, numeric sensitive and logical thinker 
  • Strong project management skills, collaboration and problem-solving skills, excellent team player 
  • Able to excel independently and a small team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using PC applications i.e. Outlook, MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, etc
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin preferable
