Job Title: Technology Application Manager - AI

Position Overview: As the Technology Application Manager focused on AI, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of AI-powered software applications. You will lead a team of skilled developers and engineers, guiding them in the design and execution of projects that harness the power of AI to deliver innovative solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the company. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps principles.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
