Want to join us and make a change? We are looking for a Assistant Claims Manager in building great General Insurance (for personal lines’ claim, e.g., Home & Pet) that protect our customers and their loved ones!

 What you will be doing:

• Ensure claims turnaround time meets service standard.
• Handle complex claims with minimum supervision.
• Coach staff for claims service quality.
• Actively deliver claims related projects to streamline workflow and process.
• Cross-departmental communication, including claim service quality and related disputes handling.
• Assist claims data analysis and reporting. 

 What we are looking for: 

• Minimum of 4 years of working experience, with specific exposure in general insurance, business analysis, IT, or management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience in data analytics is highly preferred.
• Proactive attitude demonstrates open-minded thinking, welcoming new ideas and diverse perspectives.
• Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims process.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• More experience will be considered for the Claims Manager position.
