Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for IT help desk support for office and retail shops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day PC hardware / software problems.
- Replace defect computer equipment and software installation for users.
- Assist the monitoring of infrastructure and security.
- Provide on-site retail shops support where necessary
- Manage hardware and software inventory
Requirements
- Diploma or above in IT or relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years related working experience.
- Sound knowledge in PC hardware, Windows Active Directory and M365
- Good team player, self-motivated, and detail-minded.
- Training will be provided. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Support Executive.
