Our client is a leading high-tech consumer electronics products multinational corporation (MNC), they are currently seeking for an Assistant Manager, Account Receivable to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations, payment gateways, refunds and chargebacks
• Monitor transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within ecommerce business
• Collaborate with various departments including operations, DtC (Direct to Consumer), and customer service to provide financial insight and support decision-making processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Finance or Accounting
• Proven experience with recored in ecommerce finance, accounting or a related role
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of e-commerce operations including payment processing and online sales
• Advanced proficiency in ERP system, Excel will be added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Officer.
