We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Portfolio Manager to join our leasing & management team within our Development & Valuations Management Office. With our extensive and diverse investment portfolio, we are committed to providing top-notch services to our tenants while maximizing the value of our investments.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with marketing agents and social media network
• Handle tenant’s enquires
• Supervise external management agents regarding the daily operation and maintenance of the properties within the portfolio
• Supervise and coordinate with different stakeholders on tenant fit-out projects, reinstatement, renovation, budgetary control, government compliance as well as any other landlord’s work
• Handle the handover and takeover of premises
• Attend meetings with Incorporated Owners

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate in real estate, property leasing and management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing and property management
• Able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision
• Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward
• Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with people all levels
• Willing to work outside working hours for attending some incorporated owners meeting
