Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and detailed customer analysis on demographics, behaviors and purchasing propensities of new and existing customers
• Perform in-depth campaign analysis to measure effectiveness of different marketing and CRM programs and provide actionable recommendations to generate improvements for future campaigns
• Perform predictive/forecast analysis for strategic planning
• Assist in conducting in-depth customer research (Quantitative or Qualitative) to gain deeper understanding of customer needs, preferences, pain points, and expectations
• Collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand business needs, provide analytics solution and support their decision-making process
• Create and maintain BI dashboards

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Analysis/Data Management/Statistics/Computer Science or related discipline 
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in customer data analytic, market research or statistical modelling preferably in FMCG/beauty/retail industry
• Strong in SQL database data mining, MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Qlikview / QlikSense / tableau / PowerBI) is a must. Knowledge in Qlikview / QlikSense will be an advantage
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical skills and numerical sense
• Strong presentation skills and able to articulate analysis insights to audience from different backgrounds
• Agile team player with collaborative and inclusive style
• Open-minded, self-motivated, attentive to details and result-oriented
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is an advantage
