Qualifications & experience

• Higher Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines
• 5+ year hands-on working experience in IT on-going support, experience in start-ups will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing client requirements

Tasks & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintenance of IT application systems
• Handle daily operation on network and security
• Handle desktop hardware and software installation and configuration
• Provide server troubleshoot, system admin and maintenance
• Communicate with users, supervisor and provide IT solution for urgent cases
• Liaise with service vendors on system installation and maintenance
