Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate, develop and execute product and marketing strategies 
• Expand the existing customer portfolio, source and negotiate with potential new business relationship; and liaise with existing customers to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate and liaise with internal and external parties such as designers, sales team and business partners in order to deliver business goals
• Support the implementation of promotional and marketing programs 
• Ensure strong brand presence in the market

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
• At least 3 years work experience in marketing, sales or business development; experience in licensing business will be an advantage
• Self-discipline and able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Experience of social media management will be an advantage
