Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain transport network, international leased line and international Ethernet.
• Work on large-scale Data Center and Enterprise network implementation projects and contribute to IP network design.
• Oversee the progress of project implementations, identify and resolve issues, and escalate problems to network providers and customers.
• Implement change management processes and procedures, maintaining documentation of network infrastructure-related information.
• Participate in network infrastructure-related projects.
• IT infrastructure post sales support
• Provide on-site technical support
• Inbound and outbound calls for customers and vendors
• On-call during non-office hours as required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT networking.
• Hands-on experience in Data / IP networking, configuring and operating routers and switches.
• Solid knowledge of Routing and Switching, firewall technology, network security principles, and network monitoring.
• Knowledge in layer 2, layer 3 & routing protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
• Experience in major network products (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet and Juniper) is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different customers and vendors.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certification holders or equivalent is preferred.
