Responsibilities

• Report to Vice President, Business Development
• Be part of a growing organization with a portfolio of two brands. Assist brands to formulate and implement regional marketing, social media and public relations strategies to drive business growth
• Assist in driving 360 product launch plans and implement integrated marketing campaigns including Advertising, Social Media, Promotions and Events while working closely with internal PR, Digital, Design, Operations teams to drive campaign synergy and maximum sales impact
• Assist in the development of regional go-to-market strategies and work closely with retailers and business partners to drive successful promotions and retail campaigns for maximum business benefit
• Conduct market data and intelligence in the region to support market position and segmentation
• Assist in identifying new business partners for potential joint promotions, partnerships or sponsorships
• Assist in driving new store business strategy, planning and implementation through strong project management and quality control with suppliers.
• Work with other ad hoc marketing/business items if required

Requirements

• University Graduate in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines, preferably from Beauty, Fashion or Luxury industry
• Minimum 6 years' relevant marketing experiences with regional exposure
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive, business-savvy, innovative, and self-disciplined with positive and respectful attitude
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good time and project management
• Able to work independently with strong passion for achievement and willing to work under tight timeline and pressure
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Regional Marketing Manager
• Immediately available is preferred
