Responsibilities

• To act as a Business Partner for designated business unit and provide professional HR solutions for talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations etc.
• To liaise with stakeholders on HR strategic planning, manpower allocation, HR costing and budgeting, etc. in order to cope with the business growth
• To partner with HR CoE teams on driving and developing HR initiatives to cope with the organization development plan
• To review existing policies and procedures, drive process improvement to ensure best-practice operation
• To provide professional HR solutions to staff enquiries from all levels of employees
• To enhance communication channels between management and employees by organizing effective employee relation programs
• To assist in preparing various analysis and reports for management review
• To participate in any HR projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of solid experience in the HR field from sizable company
• Knowledge/experience in HR business partnering and recruitment in retail industry is a plus
• Dynamic, resourceful with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results and problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and a good team player
• Self-motivated and able to work in fast paced working environment
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
