Job Description
Responsibilities
- To act as a Business Partner for designated business unit and provide professional HR solutions for talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations etc.
- To liaise with stakeholders on HR strategic planning, manpower allocation, HR costing and budgeting, etc. in order to cope with the business growth
- To partner with HR CoE teams on driving and developing HR initiatives to cope with the organization development plan
- To review existing policies and procedures, drive process improvement to ensure best-practice operation
- To provide professional HR solutions to staff enquiries from all levels of employees
- To enhance communication channels between management and employees by organizing effective employee relation programs
- To assist in preparing various analysis and reports for management review
- To participate in any HR projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of solid experience in the HR field from sizable company
- Knowledge/experience in HR business partnering and recruitment in retail industry is a plus
- Dynamic, resourceful with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and a good team player
- Self-motivated and able to work in fast paced working environment
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
