Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily invoicing, administrative and office support activities.
  • Duties may include answer telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets.
  • Follow up with customers on any sales related feedback
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents
  • To uphold service image and achieve high service level.
  • Handle customers’ enquiries via phone calls or email or online chats in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stay up to date with new products and features.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
  • 5 days’ work week. Mon - Fri (9.30am to 6pm)

 

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Able to speak fair English
  • Good team player
