Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily invoicing, administrative and office support activities.
- Duties may include answer telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets.
- Follow up with customers on any sales related feedback
- Handle requests for information and data
- Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents
- To uphold service image and achieve high service level.
- Handle customers’ enquiries via phone calls or email or online chats in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- 5 days’ work week. Mon - Fri (9.30am to 6pm)
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Able to speak fair English
- Good team player
