Responsibilities

• Perform full set of shipping documents including but not limited to invoicing, creating the shipping invoice, labels, data entry and filing
• Handle import and export customs declarations
• Liaise with contractor, manufacturer, carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment
• Keep tracking on shipment dispatch and arrival status
• Sourcing and testing of product and packaging materials for new development
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and required documentation
• Coordinating with design team to ensure the packaging design and regulatory guidelines are complied with company’s standard
• Assist in carrying out sampling, inspection and tests packing materials and finished products according to the SOP

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ solid operations experiences
• Sound Knowledge in inventory and category management metrics and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills and able to work under pressure
• Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
• Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is highly preferred
