GUM requires an IT Support Specialist to come onboard to help manage our IT requirements around the office. This would be someone who has prior experience in IT support, or decent knowledge in this area and is looking to practically apply it.

What you’ll be performing:

• Support IT Manager to manage IT projects
• Manage organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security infrastructure
• Support end-users with organization’s standard procedure, resolving issues promptly to minimize disruption to business operations
• Manage lifecycle of software licenses, stocks of equipment and consumables
• Implement IT security improvements and maintain IT security controls based on the global standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay with industry trends and best practices in IT solutions, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize and innovate IT systems and processes.

We are hiring talents like you:

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computer OS (Windows, MacOS)
• Basic knowledge of cloud platform (AWS, Azure)
• Excellent Windows, Mac troubleshooting ability
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent client-facing skills
