Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle C&B functions including final payment calculation, staff movement, attendance & leave management
  • Handle MPF, employee compensation & medical administration for retail shop
  • Maintain and update employee information in HRIS and the filing system
  • Prepare reports on a regular basis
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and duties as required

Requirements

  • High diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years' of solid experience in C&B functions in a sizable organization, especially in the payroll area
  • Detailed & quality-oriented and strong sense of accountability
  • Good numerical sense, good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislation
  • Proficiency in MS Office, good Excel skill is an advantage
  • Experience in using HRIS
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
