Working alongside an incredible team at Tai Pan Laundry, we are seeking a Production Operations Manager to join the team. This role will provide comprehensive support to the general manager in the department's day-to-day operations.

 Key Accountabilities

• Lead the operations team and other support functions in the production team to achieve the company targets.
• Plan and manage the daily production and distribution activities efficiently and effectively, in accordance with company standards and business goals.
• Maintain solid operational performance in safe and quality manners by executing standards in ISO9001 as the minimum requirements.
• Design, establish and demonstrate SOPs for employees’ actions.
• Initiate improvement projects and cooperate with cross-departments to meet productivity and operations.
• Manage the cost and allocate the manpower resources effectively and cost control.
• Inspect and monitor the workflow and working environment to optimize sanitation standards.
• Deliver solid skills in aspects of safety and quality; ensure and maintain workflow and production plants in hygiene and safety standards.
• Plan and monitor production schedules & forecasts and coordinate with other departments for production efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Demonstrate best practices; Lead, coach, and motivate team members to accomplish missions and targets.
• Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Manufacturing, Logistic or other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing with at least 4 years of management experience 
• Hands-on experience in any production industry is a plus.
• Strong integrity and high ethical standards are a must.
• Have strong communication, management, and leadership skills.
