Responsibilities:

• Support business development team to provide proper services to intermediary channel
• Monitor new business flow to ensure new application processes are in smooth
• To enhance and maintain good relationship with agents/ brokers and aim to build up a strong customer base by proper service provide
• To prepare presentation materials, assist in complication of business and management reports
• To assist and participate in any ah hoc projects assigned by team leader (system UAT, campaign settlement, road show support, brochure/gift order processing and logistic arrangements)
• Willing to involve in projects

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or above with 1-year related experience, Possess valid general insurance license
• Good presentation, communication and problem solving skills
• Good service attitude, positive and 'can do' attitude
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literacy in the use of Ms Office, Excel
