Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Develop business models, process flows, and system diagrams to facilitate a clear understanding of proposed solutions.
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with IT teams and monitor progress throughout the development lifecycle to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate knowledge transfer to end-users.
• Provide ongoing guidance and assistance to operations of client solutions.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate business performance, identifying trends and recommending strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Knowledge or experience with SDLC is a must.

Education Level:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
