Responsibilities:

• Support sales team to collaborate with various departments and contract manufacturers to execute the projects.
• Process customer orders and follow up the production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up with customers on packaging design and implementation with the suppliers.
• Handle customer inquiries and leverage with internal parties to respond.
• Transform customers’ requests with proper documents to the factories.
• Coordinate between customers and the internal shipping department to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Provide logistics support to distribute stock to customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 5 years experience in the export/trading industry, telecommunication field-related working experience is preferred. 
• Solid experience in communicating with factories and packaging design.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing. 
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills and details oriented.
• Self-motivated and with a pleasant character.
