Tender Preparation

• Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive tender documents, including cost estimates, bills of quantities, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Cost Estimation

• Analyze project requirements and evaluate costs associated with materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Provide detailed cost breakdowns and cost comparisons for different projects.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in quantity surveying
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-task to manage priorities
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese
