Our client “Geek Plus International Company Limited'' is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and technical support requests via various channels and platforms, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, providing clear and concise instructions to help them resolve technical difficulties
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical support or the appropriate internal teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process
• Follow up with customers to ensure that their technical issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and provide additional assistance if required
• Attend regular team meetings to update task status, share special cases, provide initiatives, and proactively offer comments to improve customer services
   

Who are they looking for? 

• 2 years of B2B customer services, call centre, account servicing experience, technical support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, patience with a customer-centric mindset to understand customer concerns
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Native in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin
• You will have an advantage if you are/ have 
  • Candidates with overnight shift experience
  • Knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations

Working hours:
 

• 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday including public holidays)
• 3 shift arrangements per day:
  • Shift A (07:00-16:00)
  • Shift B (15:00-24:00)
  • Shift C (23:00-08:00) - Shift allowance will be provided 
  • Shift arrangement can be discussed during the interview.
