Job Description:

Responsible for contract administration and general quantity surveying work including measurement, variation of valuation, cost control, cashflow forecast, dealing with Main-Contractor’s and Subcontractor’s account, such as procurement, subletting and progress payment etc.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Main Contractor;
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in MTRC projects is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
