Job Description
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful medical sales experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role at least 2-3 years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical industry, including products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Reults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Experienced and motivated Medical Sales Supervisor to overseeing and managing a team of medical sales representatives.
- Lead and manage a team of medical sales representatives, providing guidance, support and coaching to maximize their performance and achieve sales objective.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive sales growth and expend market share. Set sales targets for the team and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate training and development programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals and kep opinion leaders to drive product adoption and increase sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional activities to support sales efforts.
- Stay update on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies. Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecast, and market intelligence to access sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
