Job Descriptions

• Air freight shipment follow-up
• To monitor shipment status
• Coordinate with co-loaders and airlines
• Communicate with carriers and internal parties
• Monitoring shipment booking with carrier / co-loader
• Prepare documentation such as issuing MAWB/HAWB, invoice/debit note
• Handle full set air freight export document, operations and declaration
• Coordinate with CS team to ensure correct shipment requirements
• Handle enquiries regarding operations issues
• To perform other duties assigned by Manager 

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• 3-4 years related experience
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized & strong sense of responsibilities
