• Coordinate a large scale office renovation project
• Manage the tendering process for major and minor projects for multiple brands and evaluate these on a tight time frames
• Provide regular reporting and presentations on project progress to Facilities Management team and business leaders
• Build, maintain and present project WIP reports
• Handle internal and external stakeholders daily

Do you have experience in project management?

• Proven experience in fit out and retail projects
• Ability to handle multiple projects and high levels of pressure
• Able to Scope, run and evaluate tenders
• Able to communicate well in English and provide weekly presentation/project updates
• Experience in multi-vendor/stakeholder project management
• Confident in dealing directly with internal and external partners
• Able to work on site and verify contractor’s work
