The Job

• Station in client’s office and assist client’s on report approvals
• Follow up e-mail and / or phone calls enquiry which related report approvals
• Consolidate information from clients for the requests on results acceptance
• Communicate with clients to solve question about testing
• Work with internal staffs to follow up report issues

The Person

• Degree Holder in any discipline
• Knowledge in testing standards; textile and apparel is an advantage
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently, analyze problems, interpret information and identify solutions
