Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking Technology Innovation Manager in their technology team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy and Transformation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments. Plan, execute, and manage technology innovation projects, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline supervision. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Implementation: Oversee execution of strategic projects.
Research and Evaluation: To lead technology research, study, innovation and exploitation, assess new technologies for feasibility and benefits.
Strategic Vision: Provide a forward-thinking vision for technology development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Preferable over 7 years’ working experience in IT covering the followings: 
• Experiences in technology research, study, innovation and exploitation is preferred;
• Proficient in technology discovery, application and implementation; 
• Strong experience with track records in technical solution delivery;
• Ability to master new technologies quickly and evaluate their effectiveness;
• Presentable, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, independent with excellent decision making skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation;
• Strong leadership skills and collaboration ability;
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
