Internal Job Title:

Senior Executive/ Executive, Outreach and Partnership

To cater to the rapid business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Outreach and Partnership Team (Employer Service) to promote the governmental initiatives for digital adoption of the new Hong Kong MPF offerings designed for all employers in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Provide regular on-site visits to corporate clients and guide them to onboard to the largest digital pension platform in Hong Kong;
• Deliver on-site training and support to enterprises and communities, converting offline users to online users and potentially leading a sub-team to perform duties;
• Follow up and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner;
• Assist in planning and organizing workshops, campaigns, and events to promote digital adoption;
• Handle any assigned projects promptly.
   

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or Degree holder in social science, marketing, business administration, or equivalent;
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, and or client servicing, preferably from the pension industry (MPF/ORSO) or other financial institutions. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
• Good presentation skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;
• Outgoing and presentable with good interpersonal skills. Attentive to detail and committed to a high level of relationship management and services;
• Enthusiastic in learning new things and proposing new initiatives and positive mindset.
