Responsibilities:

• Monitor shop's staff to follow company's hygiene and safety standard.
• Be proactive, looking for ways to improve operations, provide better service to customers and ensure growth in business.
• Ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with company's standards and requirements
• Implement and drive branding initiatives to achieve company's objectives.
• Manage shop's day to day operation, e.g. planning time schedule, maintenance and training of new staff
• Maintain the quality of service of staff and monitor the quality of production by kitchen.
• Other ad-hoc duties

  Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in F&B industry (Bakery is preferred), with at least 2 years in district management position
• Strong knowledge in F&B operational workflow, cost control, and managing P/L
• Willing to work in different locations and on shift duty
• Proven leadership skill, effective presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fast learning ability, effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with good numerical sense
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
