Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Promote and sell our range of medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with key customers, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper use of our products.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling to expand the customer base.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
