Our client has been awarded the real estate management contract to run the Hong Kong real estate portfolio for a financial services firm. This is a 3X account responsible for transactions and facility management and project/program management for the portfolio strategy.

Key to this role will be communication skills and working style of the Account Director. The end user is someone who values ideas, energy and a proactive approach to delivering on the real estate strategy.

This is compared to someone who would naturally adminsiter the contract and react to client requests.

The portfolio is Grade A buildings across Hong Kong with a multi-national mix of staff (end users) across the space.

Someone who can engage their team and align to the customer requirements, communicating with influence (as opposed to command and control) will be successful in this role.
