A leading company in Aircraft industry is seeking an accounting officer to join their sizeable finance department and support daily accounting operations.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for payroll, billing, accounts receivable and month-end closing. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to system migration, workflow automations, and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and reconciliations.
• Handle billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct daily accounting operations and assist with month-end closing processes.
• Contribute to system migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity.
• Identify workflow automation opportunities and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall accounting functions and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
• 2 years' relevant experience in account receivable.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Self-initiative and willingness to take on responsibilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience but the right mindset will also be considered
