Duties:

• Support the daily server operations including monitoring, software upgrade, applying security patches and maintenance;
• Support system administration tasks in Anti-spam Gateway, Microsoft Products (e.g. Exchange Online, Microsoft Windows/Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection and Single-Sign-On System) and Mobile Device Management solution (e.g. Microsoft Intune and VMWare Workspace ONE);
• Participant in the procurement and maintenance renewal of IT hardware and software; and
• Assist in the delivery and testing of the IT systems.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related subjects
• At least 1-2 years hands on relevant experience
• Hands on experience in email server administration such as Outlook
• Experience in Exchange Online, Microsoft Windows/Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection and Single-Sign-On System
• Experience in Customer service, Helpdesk services management and end-user support 
• Hands-on Experience in Video conferencing tools and/or online meeting platforms
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills
