職責:

  • 為總監提供行政支持,包括日程安排、接待客人和處理一些私人事務
  • 安排會議,包括會議室準備、會議材料準備、發送會議提醒和記錄會議紀要
  • 每日更新銷售報告,及處理郵件和文件分發
  • 與團隊成員和跨部門溝通 協助安排定期團隊培訓
  • 協助安排市場活動和娛樂活動
  • 執行一般辦公室職責
  • 根據需要執行其他臨時職責


要求:
 

  • 高級文憑或以上學歷,一年以上行政相關工作經驗者優先
  • 出色的溝通和人際交往能力,具備多任務處理和團隊合作能力
  • 熟練使用 MS Office(包括Word、Excel、PowerPoint和Outlook),並具備基本的 IT 知識
  • 熟練的中英文打字能力
  • 良好的組織能力、注重細節、成熟負責、優秀的時間管理能力,以及樂於助人、積極和愉快的態度是必不可少的
  • 能夠獨立工作並具有解決問題的能力
  • 有保險公司/團隊相關工作經驗者優先

Administrative Officer / Secretary to Director (5 days work)

Job description:

We are a rapidly growing team and currently seeking an Administrative Support personnel to provide proactive, flexible, and professional secretarial and administrative services to our sales team and director. If you believe you are up for the challenge and meet our high standards, please contact us.

Responsibilities:

  •        Provide administrative support to the director including daily schedule arrangement, guest reception and some personal affairs
  •        Arrange meetings, including meeting room setup, meeting material preparation, sending meeting reminders, and taking meeting minutes
  •        Update sales reports on a daily basis
  •        Handle mail and materials distribution
  •        Communicate with team members and cross-departments
  •        Assist regular team training arrangement
  •        Assist with the arrangements of marketing events and entertainment
  •        Perform general office duties
  •        Any other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
 

  • Higher Diploma or above and over 1 year admin work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking, and teamwork
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), as well as having a basic level of IT knowledge.
  • Proficient typing skills in Chinese and English.
  • Well-organized, attention to detail, mature, responsible, excellent time management skills, and a helpful, positive and pleasant attitude is essential.
  • Able to work independently and problem-solving orientation
  • Experience in the insurance agency is preferred
