Job Description

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • supporting hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Team in resourcing activities, exploring new recruitment channels, conducting market research and benchmark, preparing salary proposals, handling offer and negotiations;
  • upkeeping accurate employment records and assisting in compiling HR related statistics and reports;
  • assisting in developing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures 
  • supporting the execution of human resources initiative including but not limited to job fairs, career expo, HR awards and etc.;
  • contributing to the enhancement of HR operational effectiveness and enrichment of employees’ experience; and
  • participating in ad hoc HR projects and undertaking any other duties as assigned by the Authority.

 

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines;
  • have around 3 years of all-rounded HR generalist experience, preferably with sizable organisations;
  • demonstrate good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations;
  • be a good team player who is detail minded, flexible, proactive with positive thinking;
  • possess good communication, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively;
  • be proficiency in MS Office (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Form and Acrobat); and   
  • possess excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
