Pay:
HK$16,816 - HK$26,173 (HGPS point 2 to 9) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform clerical duties and assist in processing human resources cases / implementing human resources policies, procedures and projects. The typical duties include:
- Handle correspondence and documents including filing and record keeping.
- Retrieve data, operate and maintain computer systems / database and perform HCM / data input.
- Collect, verify, compile statistics and prepare report with graphic presentation.
- Prepare workshops / seminars / meetings / activities and take minutes for meetings as required.
- Communicate and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders and provide assistance when necessary.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
Entry Requirements:
1.
(a)
Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syll. B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(b)
5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language & Mathematics; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.

Ability to perform typing, word processing and/or Chinese word processing.
Preferred Attributes/Exposure:
- Knowledge and experience in common PC applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERP) and other HR systems in HA (e.g. e-Recruitment, eSDR, eAllowance, etc.).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently.
- Attentiveness to details.
- Experience in handling Human Resources cases.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Ability to perform statistical work with computer applications.
- Knowledge of graphic editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator.
