Pay:

HK$16,816 - HK$26,173 (HGPS point 2 to 9) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform clerical duties and assist in processing human resources cases / implementing human resources policies, procedures and projects. The typical duties include:

  1. Handle correspondence and documents including filing and record keeping.
  2. Retrieve data, operate and maintain computer systems / database and perform HCM / data input.
  3. Collect, verify, compile statistics and prepare report with graphic presentation.
  4. Prepare workshops / seminars / meetings / activities and take minutes for meetings as required.
  5. Communicate and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders and provide assistance when necessary.
  6. Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

Entry Requirements:

1.

(a)

Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syll. B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR

(b)

5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:

- Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language & Mathematics; and

- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.

Ability to perform typing, word processing and/or Chinese word processing.

Preferred Attributes/Exposure:

  1. Knowledge and experience in common PC applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERP) and other HR systems in HA (e.g. e-Recruitment, eSDR, eAllowance, etc.).
  2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Self-motivated, able to work independently.
  4. Attentiveness to details.
  5. Experience in handling Human Resources cases.
  6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  7. Ability to perform statistical work with computer applications.
  8. Knowledge of graphic editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator.
